Food & Fitness FUN WEEK for kids
August 16-20th 9:00 - 11:30am
Join us for 5 days of FUN as children learn about nutrition and fitness in an entertaining and inspiring way. Each day will provide a different “hands on” food lesson as well as instruction in either yoga, tai chi, karate, dance or just “free movement”.
